| Reminder: | We will accept registration on a first come first served basis. We will not be accepting registration over the phone. Do not register on behalf of others. Each minor, individuals under the age of 18, whether accompanied by a parent/legal guardian or not, must turn in a completed Release and Hold Harmless Agreement required by SFSU. Failure to complete the form will result in registration rejection. In addition, minors unaccompanied by a parent/legal guardian must register on the same form with a temporary guardian and turn in a completed Parent/Guardian Consent Form. |
| Transportation: | The San Francisco International Airport will be the only airport serviced with provided transportation. The preferred arrival time is July 26, between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., and the preferred departure time is July 30, after 3 p.m. |
| Visa: | Contact WCCC for an Invitation Letter if needed. |
| Things to bring: | Bible, notebook, travel documents, and toiletries. San Francisco mornings and evenings are fairly cold. The average temperature may vary from 10° - 24°C, or 50° - 75°F. The University will provide linens, pillows, blankets, and towels. |
| Expenses: | Participants are responsible for their personal travel expenses. All expenses for the conference including meals, lodging, and facilities will be met by free-will offerings. Please make checks payable to "WCCC." For your reference, the expense for each full-time participant is approximately (US) $250. |
