Purpose: |
This conference is for the saints with the sole
purpose of pursuing the Lord, and therefore there will
be no tours or other related activities arranged. It is
not feasible for gospel friends to attend. |
Registration: |
- Registration deadline: June 1 or until capacity is
reached, whichever comes first. (Lodging cannot be
guaranteed for late registrations.)
- There are two important changes concerning
registration this year:
- Confirmation Priority Granted to Full-Time
Registrations: In order to encourage
brothers and sisters to attend the conference
full time, full-time registrations will be
confirmed with higher priority. Part-time
registrations will be reviewed starting on May
4.
- One Class for Each Grade for Children
Service (K-5): Because of increasing
numbers of children and also to ensure service
quality, there will be one class for each grade
with limited capacity per class. Upon reaching
the capacity limit, the family will be put on a
waitlist.
- Please list all family members attending
(including toddlers and infants) and indicate each
person's age on July 22, 2015.
- If you are bringing any minors (under 18) from
another family to the conference, please register
them separately and download and submit a
Parent/Guardian Consent Form for each one via mail
or fax.
- Please fill in your Chinese name if you have one.
It'll help us greatly in service arrangements.
- Classes for Kindergarten to Grade 12 will be
arranged according to grades. Please fill in their
grades in which they were enrolled during the
2014-2015 school year.
- If there are special needs or physical limitations
for an individual, please specify them in the
Remarks.
