Registration is closed.

In-Person Registrants:

  • Masks are optional for indoor meetings.
  • Registration priority for in-person attendees is given to brethren in the US and Canada attending full-time.
    • For brethren who are outside of the US and Canada who wish to attend in-person, please see the wait-listed registrants' section.
  • Please register promptly if you intend to attend the Conference in-person; on-site capacity is limited.
  • Those who commute to attend the conference are also required to register. They can eat in the cafeteria. Just so indicate on the registration form or go to the cafeteria and pay cash.
  • Once you register, you will immediately receive an email indicating your registration status based on priority status or space availability. If you do not find this email in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
  • Confirmed in-person registrants will receive an email to re-confirm your attendance on 6/1/2024. If your reconfirmation is not received by WCCC by 6/7/2024, you (and any in-person registrants in your registration) will not be considered in-person attendee(s) at the conference and your spot(s) will be forfeited to someone on the waitlist.
  • Each family unit must register under one registration form.
  • Please do not make any travel arrangements before your registration is CONFIRMED.

Online viewers:

  • All the messages and the bread-breaking meeting can be viewed via YouTube live streaming, YouTube recording, and zoom recording.
  • We are collecting your contact information to keep you informed for future WCCC communications. We encourage you to join us for the Lord's Table at home. Even though we will not be able to hear your prayers, we will still be worshiping our Lord in one Spirit.
  • There will be no online children or youth ministry at WCCC2024.
  • There will be no morning devotion or group discussion for online viewers.

Wait-listed registrants:

  • The following registrants will be automatically wait-listed:
    • Within the US and Canada, brethren who wish to attend part-time (i.e. lodging for less than 4 nights), or
    • Brethren attending from outside the US and Canada who wish to attend in-person.
  • For any wait-listed registrants, we will notify you when space becomes available after 5/31/2024. If on-site spaces are not available, then we will automatically confirm your registration as online viewer.

Transportation:

  • WCCC offers transportation service between Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and Biola University. No service will be provided at other airports. Please enter your flight itinerary if the service is needed. Recommended flight arrival time to LAX is between 8 AM to 3 PM on 7/24 (WED) and recommended departure time on 7/28 (SUN) is in the afternoon.
  • All attendees are advised to arrive and depart within the recommended time frame to ensure full participation at the conference.
  • Please enter the Travel Information Request online as soon as you can. The deadline for updating flight information is 6/15/2024.

No Extended Accommodations:

  • WCCC will not provide extended accommodations for attendees before or after the conference.

Things to Bring:

  • Bible, notebook, toiletries, hat for sun protection, travel documents, slippers, flashlight, and jackets
  • Biola University will provide linens, pillows, blankets, and towels for all attendees who occupy a bed space.

Weather:

  • Average summer temperatures are between 65°F - 90°F (18°C - 32°C). Layered clothing is recommended.

Expenses:

  • Attendees are responsible for their own personal travel expenses.
  • All expenses for the conference including meals, lodging, transportation, love gifts, publication, and other expenses, will be met by free-will offerings.
  • The approximate total costs for each full-time attendee are as follows (including lodging, meals, and other conference expenses for all 5 days).
    • Ages 2 and above (each child 2 and older will have a separate bed): $340/person.
    • Children under 2 years old: free.
  • Meals for commuters:
    • Breakfast: $8.20
    • Lunch: $10.50
    • Dinner: $12.00
  • Make checks payable to "West Coast Christian Conference" and specify “WCCC” with your family ID in the memo/for field

Minors under the age of 18:

  • On-site: minors under the age of 18, unaccompanied by a parent/legal guardian, must register on the same form as the temporary guardian. The temporary guardian must be over 25 years of age. A Parent and Guardian Consent Form (download form here) is required for the minor to attend the conference.

Children ministry (Infant to 5th grade):

  • In-person classes only.
  • Morning & evening sessions only (same time with adult message ministries).
  • Nursery to 5th grade classes (based on grade of school year 2023-24) will have a maximum capacity of 15.
  • Priority will be given to those attending full time and staying on campus. Part-time and commuting families with children will automatically be placed on a waiting list, until spaces open up for children's classes.
  • Please make sure all children are supervised at all times.
