Registration for attendance at WCCC 2025 is now FULL
and we apologize that no further registration will be accepted.
You can still update your registration if you are currently registered.
The deadline for updating flight information is Sunday 6/22.
In-Person Registrants:
- Registration priority is given to brethren who reside in the US and Canada and attending in-person full-time.
- For brethren who reside outside of the US and Canada and wish to attend in-person, please see the wait-listed registrants' section.
- Please register promptly if you intend to attend the Conference in-person; on-site capacity is limited.
- If you plan to commute to attend the conference, you must also register. You will be allowed to dine in the cafeteria - but must indicate so on the registration form.
- Once you register, you will immediately receive an email indicating your registration status based on priority status or space availability. If you do not find this email in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
- Confirmed registrants will receive an email to re-confirm your attendance on 4/22/2025. If your reconfirmation is not received by WCCC by 4/30/2025, you (and any registrants in your registration) will not be considered attendee(s) at the conference and your spot(s) will be forfeited to someone on the waitlist.
- Each family unit must register under one registration form.
- Please do not make any travel arrangements before your registration is CONFIRMED.
Wait-listed registrants:
- The following registrants will be automatically wait-listed:
- Within the US and Canada, non-commuters who wish to attend part-time (i.e. lodging for less than 4 nights), or
- Brethren attending from outside the US and Canada who wish to attend in-person.
- For any wait-listed registrants, we will notify you when space becomes available after 5/1/2025.
Online viewers:
- All the messages and the bread-breaking meeting can be viewed via YouTube live streaming and YouTube recording.
- There will be no online children or youth ministry at WCCC2025.
- There will be no morning devotion or group discussion for online viewers.
- Registration is not required for online viewers.
Transportation:
- WCCC offers transportation service between San Francisco
International Airport (SFO) and San Francisco State University (SFSU). No service will be provided at other airports.
Please enter your flight itinerary if the service is needed.
Recommended flight arrival time to SFO is on 7/23 (WED) between 9 AM to 3 PM and
recommended departure time is on 7/27 (SUN) after 4 PM.
- All attendees are advised to arrive and depart within the recommended time frame to ensure full participation at the conference.
- Please enter the Travel Information Request online as soon as you can.

No Extended Accommodations:
- WCCC will not provide extended accommodations for attendees before or after the conference.
Things to Bring:
- Bible, notebook, toiletries, hat for sun protection, travel documents, slippers, flashlight, and jackets
- SFSU will provide one-set of: linen, pillow, blanket, bath towel, travel-size toiletries for each attendee staying on campus.
Weather:

Average summer temperatures are between 58°F - 80°F (14°C - 26°C). Layered clothing is recommended.
Expenses:
- Attendees are responsible for their own personal travel expenses.
- All expenses for the conference including meals, lodging, transportation, love gifts, publication, and other expenses, will be met by free-will offerings.
- The approximate total costs for each full-time attendee will be $500 (including lodging, meals, and other conference expenses for all 5 days).
- Meals for commuters:
- Breakfast: $8.55 + tax
- Lunch: $11.32 + tax
- Dinner: $13.44 + tax

Minors under the age of 18:
- On-site: minors under the age of 18, unaccompanied by a parent/legal guardian, must register on the same form as the temporary guardian. The temporary guardian must be over 25 years of age. A Parent and Guardian Consent Form (download form here) is required for the minor to attend the conference.
Children ministry:
- Kindergarten to 5th grade (Based on grade finished before summer)
- Children will be assigned to classes based on their finished grade.
- In-person only
- Class size will be limited.
- Priority will be given to those attending full-time.
- Morning & evening sessions only (same time with adult Message ministries)
- Parents will pick up children before Group Fellowship time on Thur to Sat mornings.
- Parents will need to ensure children are properly supervised at all times during the conference.
Children before finishing Kindergarten:
- During morning and evening messages, in-person only class will be arranged for children who have not completed Kindergarten but are 3 years old and above.
- Parent(s) will be arranged to serve as helpers.
- There will not be nursery service for children under 3 years old during the WCCC.
