  1. ONLINE MEETINGS & GROUPS

    Online and on-site meeting schedules are the same. The Zoom links for adult, youth and junior online meetings are on the conference schedule webpage, and all online meetings’ passcodes are “123456”. Please go to the webpage below and click the links to enter the meetings:

    The link to the children’s classes is in an email to the parents.

    1. Adult Ministry:

      Morning Devotion (6:45 a.m. to 7:30 a.m.) / Group Fellowship (11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.): Every registered adult brother and sister should have received the group number in an email. Please join the Main Meeting Room and go into the breakout room according to your group number. If you don't know how to join breakout rooms on Zoom, watch this video: https://www.westcoastchristianconference.com/2022/breakout-demo.mp4

      Message Meetings: Use the Main Meeting Room link.

    2. High School Ministry:

      (9th - 12th Grade: completed before the summer)

      Mornings:

      Morning Devotion: Use the Youth & Juniors Zoom link.

      Message Meetings: Join adults and use the Main Meeting Room link.

      Group Fellowship: Use the Youth & Juniors Zoom link.

      Afternoons: Join adults use the Main Meeting Room link.

      Evenings: Join Middle School group and use the Youth & Juniors Zoom link.

    3. Middle School Ministry:

      (6th - 8th Grade: completed before the summer)

      Use the Youth & Juniors Zoom link.

      • There are NO classes during Group Fellowship time.
      • No Middle School Ministry in the afternoon.

    4. Children Ministry:

      (K - 5th Grade: completed before the summer)

      The parents who have children joining online classes should have received the Zoom link to the children's classes in a separate email. Please click the link to join the children classes. Online Children Ministry has three classes: K & Grade 1, Grades 2 & 3, Grades 4 & 5.

      • Before morning and evening classes, there will be a combined Children Singspiration with all classes (on-site and online).

      Mornings: 9:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m.

      • Group Fellowship time: No children classes.

      Afternoons: No children classes.

      Evenings: 7:15 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

    5. There are no PreK and Nursery Service.

    6. Bread-Breaking Meeting (Sunday, 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.):
      The High School group, Middle School group, and Children will join the adults for the Lord’s Table.
      All groups use the Main Meeting Room link.

  2. CONFERENCE FINANCES

    1. All conference expenditures are met by free-will offering.

    2. The following approximate total costs for each full-time attendee are provided for reference only:

      • Ages 13 and above who occupy a bed: $480/person
      • Ages 0-12 who occupy a bed: $368/person
      • Ages 6-12 who do NOT occupy a bed: $192/person
      • Ages 5 and under who do NOT occupy a bed: $36/person

      These costs include lodging, meals, and other conference expenses for all 5 days.

    3. Please make checks payable to “WCCC”. Offering boxes are located inside the entrances of the meeting halls. Checks can also be mailed to:

  3. MESSAGE RECORDING

    1. Audio/Video recordings of the conference messages will be available online approximately 30 minutes after the conclusion of each ministry meeting, and can be accessed online using the following link:

MORNING DEVOTION

Each morning, we will gather to pray together for the Lord’s interest for the conference. We will pray for:

  1. The speakers and the brethren who serve on-site and online
  2. Attendees’ hearts to be ready and open to the Lord’s word and work
  3. Youth and children ministries that the next generation can be gained by the Lord
  4. The times of fellowship during the whole conference
  5. Safety and well-being of all the attendees, especially those attending on-site
  6. Smooth and seamless network operations and in all areas of technical support
