The registration window is from 4/4/2022 to 5/15/2022, or until capacity is reached.

Each family must register under one form.

On-site Registrants:

  • Masks are required for indoor meetings regardless of vaccination status.
  • Registration priority for on-site attendees is given to brethren in US and Canada, on the West Coast and attending full-time.
  • Please register promptly if you intend to attend the Conference in-person; on-site capacity is limited.
  • Once you register, you will immediately receive an email indicating your registration status based on priority status or space availability. If you do not find this email in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
  • For those on-site registrants that are confirmed, you will receive an email to re-confirm your attendance on May 31. If your reconfirmation is not received by WCCC by June 3rd, you (and any on-site registrants in your registration) will not be considered in-person attendee(s) at the conference and your spot(s) will be forfeited to someone on the waitlist.
  • On 7/1, you will receive an email request to submit the following form by 7/5:
    • o Waiver to enter Gym facilities (gym facilities will be converted as Meeting Hall)
  • Each family unit must register under one registration form, and will be arranged to be lodged in the same unit.
  • Please do not make any travel arrangements before your registration is CONFIRMED.

Online registrants:

  • Participation in Zoom sessions, including group prayer, group discussion, youth groups, and children classes require registration.
  • Once you register, you will immediately receive an email indicating your registration status. If you do not find this email in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

Wait-listed registrants:

  • Any part-time attendees (lodging for less than 4 nights) or brethren from outside of the West Coast who wish to attend in-person will be automatically wait-listed.
  • For any wait-listed registrants, we will notify you when space becomes available after 5/31/2022. If on-site spaces are not available, then we will automatically confirm your registration as online registrants.


  • WCCC will provide chartered bus service between San Francisco Airport (SFO) and Sonoma State University (SSU) AT SPECIFIED TIMES ONLY. No transportation service will be provided at other airports.
  • Since the travel time between SFO to SSU is more than 2 hours, all flight traveling attendees are advised to arrive at and depart from SFO within the recommended time frame to ensure participation throughout the entire conference.
  • The recommended flight arrival time on July 20 is between 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., only attendees arriving before 1:30 p.m. on July 20 can board a chartered bus to SSU. There will be no transportation accommodation for attendees arriving after 1:30 p.m.
  • The recommended flight departure time on July 24 is after 5 p.m.
  • Please enter the Travel Information Request online as soon as you can. The deadline for updating this information is June 30.

Extended Accommodations:

  • WCCC will not provide extended accommodations for attendees before or after the conference. However, transportation service will be provided on 7/20 to board a chartered bus if your hotel is within 5 miles of SFO, and on 7/24 to your hotel if your hotel is within 5 miles of SFO.
  • Please also note that hotel availability is tight in the Bay Area during summer. You are advised to book hotels early, if needed.

Things to Bring:

  • Bible, notebook, toiletries, masks, and hat for sun protection.
  • SSU will provide linens, pillows, blankets, and towels for all attendees who occupy a bed space.
  • Children who do not require a bed space need to bring their own linens, pillows, blankets, and towels.


  • Average temperatures are between 52°F - 90°F (11°C - 32°C). Layered clothing is recommended.


  • Attendees are responsible for their own personal travel expenses.
  • All expenses for the conference including meals, lodging, transportation, love gifts, publication, and other expenses, will be met by free-will offerings.

  • The approximate total costs for each full-time attendee are as follows (including lodging, meals, and other conference expenses for all 5 days).
    • Ages 13 and above who occupy a bed: $480/person.
    • Ages 0-12 who occupy a bed: $368/person.
    • Ages 6-12 who do NOT occupy a bed: $192/person.
    • Ages 5 and under who do NOT occupy a bed: $36/person.

Minors under the age of 18:

  • On-site: minors under the age of 18, unaccompanied by a parent/legal guardian, must register on the same form as the temporary guardian. The temporary guardian must be over 25 years of age. A Parent and Guardian Consent Form (download form here) is required for the minor to attend the conference.

Children’s Ministry:

  • Kindergarten – Grade 5 (Based on grade finished before summer)
  • On-line & On-site classes will be conducted simultaneously but separately.
  • Arranged in 3 age groups – K & Grade 1, Grades 2 & 3, Grades 4 & 5
  • Morning & evening sessions only (same time with adult message ministries)

Children Under 5:

  • No nursery or toddler ministries provided
